The sum calculation of your bones, fats, water, muscle, cartilage, etc is what your scale will show you, Isn't it? As we all know, losing weight is a gradual process and it always and always take its time. For sure, you will lose weight during the inital week but they MAY just be lean muscle which are important for your overall weight loss.

  • Your Physical Abilities (Before And After):
I think it should be on what you can do and what you cannot and NOT focusing on the numbers given by your scale. Then, you start to work on that. If you only few miles before, after going through the Super Shred Diet plan weeks, you should be able to walk for more miles than before. It all boils down to your actual physical abilities.
After shredding off those extra pounds, you should still be vibrant and in good shape. Isn't it?
You should lose 10 pounds and still feel strong and healthy, right?
If your goal is losing 20 pounds, you should lose it and still feel alive and strong. Isn't it?
