  • Super Shred Diet Plan 1 - Snacks:
Dr. Ian Smith wrote that
" Snacks are optional, but highly recommended." The Liger said in his review that they are not. Why? Because if one wants the body metabolism running hot all day and working for you then you need to start consuming healthy snacks such as berries, nuts, seeds etc. On this issue, I personally stands on the Dr. Ian Smith side because he suggested popcorn, SHRED bars as snacks.

  • Super Shred Diet Plan 2 - Meal Skipping:
Dr. Ian Smith wrote and I quote him from his Super Shred Diet Plan Book that "Do not skip meals. Even if you're not hungry". That is just the plain truth. The Liger also agreed on this one. A yes from me on this one also. You DON'T have to skip meal for whatsoever even for the sake of losing weight. Normally, your body system needs nutrients on daily basis and must be nutrients that are beneficial. The bottom line for this sub-topic has been said already by The Liger - EAT MORE GOOD , EAT LESS BAD. Don't try to eat less overall.
  • Super Shred Diet Plan 3 - Use Of Scale:
This is a junction where I once again agreed with Dr. Ian Smith and disagree with The Liger. Dr. Ian recommended that you should weigh yourself in the morning the day you start the program and make sure you record it. The Liger said that this doesn't go down well with him and he has no scale at all. Because scale doesn't tell him if what one's body has so and so amount of fat or water or muscle in the body. I, young Doctor-in-the-making love recording stuffs. I record things alot. It helps in both the long and short run. You know how much you have lost or you are just on a plateau. Use of scale will help you know if you are making progress or not. First of all, you know your weight. After the time elapsed, you know your weight. Before And After. So, Use of Scale is in. 

  • Super Shred Diet Plan 4 - Drink A Cup Of Water Before Every Meal:
We all agree on this. Dr. Ian Smith, The Liger and I all agreed on this one. Before eating your meals, you have to take a cup of water. And The Liger said he personally go for a gallon of water a day. Why? Because this will help to stay hydrated during the entire process. It is very important. You MUST stay hydrated during every blessed day. It is a must.
